I made a short trip to Thailand from August 23, 2004 until September 7.  The pictures below start off with some scenes from the King Bhumiphon's Grand Palace in Bangkok, or Krung Thep as the locals call their capital city.  Following those are photos from a few attractions in Ayutthaya.  These in turn are followed by some photos taken in the Kwai River area of Kanachanaburi, Doi Suthep area and finally a jungle tour near Chiang Mai.
